There is also a special guest Mandy Gurney from Millpond sleep clinic who is a child sleep expert. She gives a great insight into the sleep patterns of teenagers and how they should be approaching sleep during lockdown and how they should be aware of what a change of routine could mean when we come out of lockdown.
